Construction solution of steel frame homestay hotel

The project "Long Van Hotel" in Phu Quoc not only gives visitors a great resort but also proves the progress of Vietnam's construction industry. The project investor, Ms. Luyen and Anh Hung, brought a unique and impressive space with a total area of 375m2 built with a steel frame structure to help create novelty, reduce costs while ensuring functionality and sustainability.

The hotel structure is designed based on a steel frame system, with a single foundation, 200x200 foundation, to 900x900, providing durability and stability for the whole hotel.
The roof is made of 4dem galvanized cold corrugated iron + PE insulation- Faux roof tiles, helping to regulate the natural temperature and create a cool and environmentally friendly space.
The wall of the hotel is built from 10cm bricks, finished with 12cm paint, creating traditional and modern beauty at the same time. The solid wall layer ensures good sound and heat insulation effects and creates a durable, strong and aesthetic "coat" for the whole building.
The door system uses Xingfa aluminum doors, 8mm tempered glass, creating a safe and convenient space for customers.
The electrical system uses Cadivi wires, bulbs..., other than MPE and the water system uses Binh Minh pipes, ensuring sufficient energy and water supply for the hotel.
Each room is equipped with 01 air conditioner 01HP- Samsung, ensuring a cool and comfortable space for visitors when coming to stay at "Long Van Hotel"
The interior of the hotel brings a comfortable and friendly space, with products from natural oak beds, mini sofa tables. The idea of combining wooden furniture creates a luxurious and warm space.
500x500 ceramic tile background creates a clean and modern space.
The project was constructed from September 2022 at a cost of 6,500,000/m2, including 12-month warranty and maintenance twice/year.
